  1. What is your design process?

    We involve homeowners’ highly in the selection of colours, materials and accessories. This requires more effort but our experience tells us it leads to a better outcome. There are no bad ideas, just ideas that need refining.

  2. What is in my custom design proposal?

    There are four items: quotation, layout, physical materials and mood images. These are tailored to the homeowners’ needs and give an idea of our design vision.

  3. How many projects do you take on each month?

    Four per month.

  4. Can the first meeting be virtual?

    Yes, we can conduct first meetings via zoom even though face to face is preferred. The second meeting will be face to face since we need to present materials and have a more comprehensive discussion.

  5. How long will you take to create the design proposal?

    Typically, we require two weeks.

  6. How many people are involved in each renovation?

    Typically five, including a designer, project manager and drafter.

  7. Do you have your own workers?

    We work with sub-contractors who share our work ethos for renovation.

  8. Are your contractors’ licensed?

    Yes, our contractors possess the right permits to provide renovation services.

  9. Do you renovate commercial properties?

    Currently, our focus is on residential projects only.

  10. Do you offer packages?

    Our quotations are customised according to the homeowners’ needs . We follow a price list so quotations are largely standardised. Do let us know your budget and your scope of works and we can advise if it is insufficient or overly generous.
