Never too small

I enjoy watching tours of houses next to the ocean, nestled within rolling hills or set against snow covered mountains. They focus on the surroundings as much as they do the house.

However, I much prefer tours of houses no bigger than 50sqm, previously decrepit from neglect, with little going for it, as they are often featured on the YouTube channel ‘Never Too Small’.

It takes so much more effort and creativity to maximise light, space and comfort when the house does not have great attributes to begin with. And in these videos, one gleans insights from the thought process that overcame challenging conditions - it makes them that much more educational and relatable.
