Never too small

I enjoy watching tours of houses next to the ocean, nestled within rolling hills or set against snow covered mountains. They focus on the house as much as they do its surroundings. We all love a house with great attributes.

However, I much prefer tours of apartments no bigger than 50sqm, previously decrepit from neglect, with little going for it, as they are often featured on the YouTube channel ‘Never Too Small’.

It takes so much more effort and ingenuity to maximise light, space and comfort. And in these videos, human creativity shines.
